📋 Please read this agreement carefully before creating your LuxeAgent account. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LuxeAgent platform ("Platform"), you ("Agent" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of LuxeAgent's commission-based travel agent network and all related services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform.
LuxeAgent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to register on LuxeAgent. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts using different emails, phone numbers, or personal details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
LuxeAgent reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to refuse registration or suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements or that provide false information.
3. Commission Model & Deposits
LuxeAgent operates as a travel commission intermediary. Agents deposit funds ("Booking Capital") to activate a commission tier. This capital is used to process booking task sessions on behalf of partner organizations — international hotels, airlines, and tourism operators — who pay LuxeAgent commissions for driving bookings and platform visibility.
Your deposited capital is returned to your account balance upon successful completion of your booking task session, together with commission earned at your tier rate. Commission rates vary by level: Basic (2%), Silver (5%), Gold (12%), Platinum (15%), Obsidian (25%). The Obsidian level is an exclusive tier requiring 5+ months of account activity and 3 or more active referrals, with a starting balance of $15,000.
Deposits must be made via supported payment methods (cryptocurrency or bank transfer where available). All deposits are subject to review and approval by LuxeAgent. Processing times may vary.
4. Booking Tasks & Session Rules
Upon activating a commission level, you will receive a curated session of booking tasks corresponding to your tier. You must complete all assigned tasks within your session before becoming eligible to submit a withdrawal request.
Attempting to skip, manipulate, or fraudulently complete booking tasks is prohibited. LuxeAgent monitors task completion integrity and reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold balances where fraudulent activity is detected.
Task content — including property names, commission amounts, and session counts — may vary and is determined by LuxeAgent's partner inventory and your assigned level at the time of activation.
5. Withdrawals & Processing
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once all booking tasks in your current session are completed. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. LuxeAgent does not guarantee same-day processing.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses or bank account details. LuxeAgent is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal information provided by the user. Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once submitted and approved.
LuxeAgent reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements for large withdrawal requests, and to delay or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, compliance obligations, or technical issues.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks or interact with the Platform
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing LuxeAgent staff or other users
- Attempting to circumvent account suspension, bans, or withdrawal restrictions
Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
7. Privacy & Data
LuxeAgent collects and processes your personal data (name, email address, phone number, and transaction data) to operate your account and deliver the Platform's services. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.
By registering, you consent to LuxeAgent contacting you via email or phone for account-related communications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, and important platform notices. You may request account deletion by contacting support, subject to applicable retention requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
LuxeAgent provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeAgent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. LuxeAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Your total liability cap against LuxeAgent in any dispute is limited to the total value of deposits made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if LuxeAgent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
LuxeAgent may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination for cause, any pending balance may be forfeited. Where termination is without cause by LuxeAgent, your eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal per standard timelines.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support, provided you have no pending tasks or withdrawal requests outstanding.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon by the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
